Excellent customer service in all depts. Efficiency at check in Warm comfy Spotless rooms. Food freshly cooked to order and delicious. Underground parking. The hotel is ideally located near major routes. Ideal stay over for business guests. 10/19

Myself and my wife stayed one night in the Westgrove recently. We were travelling on, so arrived late at night and could not avail of breakfast the following morning. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The free carpark was great. The girl at reception was very welcoming and friendly, and we were booked in quickly. Check out was also very fast. The reception area was large, bright and comfortable. Our room was also large and comfortable. It was also quiet and we had a much needed good nights sleep. The bathroom and shower area was also large and clean. The shower was lovely too. It was situated over the bath. The hotel was lovely and we would have loved to stay longer. We hope to return again for a longer stay.

Excellent hotel. We had a really enjoyable family break. Hotel is modern and spacious. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Upon arrival was met by two very friendly and welcoming Receptionists. Check in was seamless. Our room was on the second floor it was clean and comfortable and I loved my cup of coffee! Food was great and the hotel is very close to everything and we did trips to the nearby towns. Had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Price was very competitive too..
