My wife has MS, so we requested a room that would suit her disabilities. We got a fantastic room and I have to say it was the best we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of hotels around the country. Thank you again Westgrove.

We had a great two night family stay including dinner on one night at the hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The pool was a big hit with the kids. We will definitely return and will recommend to friends

Your biggest asset is your staff, professional and very welcoming. We had afternoon tea in the library, one point to be made a tongs for selecting would have been nice. All standards were met and I will return. Your staff seem to be very happy in there roles. For many in the hospitality this is a struggle. So keep up the good work.

I would especially like to mention receptionist Carolyn or Carol Ann. I was very early for check in as I had just arrived from Boston. She was welcoming and explained clearly that no rooms were ready at that point but she would do her very best to alert housekeeping and keep me apprised of any developments. I did not want to bother her as it was my own fault I was early so I sat quietly in the lobby. She was on top of it without a word from me and true to her word she extended the spirit of true hospitality that the Westgrove has always extended. Rita Murphy
